Vision
Adapting to the challenges of the new competitive environment
created by Taiwan's entry into the WTO, IOE Taiwan has updated
its business development objectives "New IOE China ".
Under this plan, product development, production, and marketing
programs have been revamped to meet, and make the most of,
the greatly changed competitive conditions.
Product Development
IOE China is employing next generation strategies to develop
more advanced product technologies and delivering technical
support to Power transformer and other IOE subsidiaries in
China. We will also soon be able to provide technical support
services to IOE Taiwan as well as to IOE’s operations
throughout world.
Production
We have deployed the most advanced technology, facilities,
and methodologies to our production operations. Examples of
production initiatives include recent installation of Height-Frequency
inductor equipment, implementation of a new ERP system of
production, expansion of major home or end-user appliance
production, and a focus on expanding our line of automotive
and 2.4 GHz application electronics through investment in
product research, production improvements, and marketing.
We have also recently added all new instruments.
Marketing
Focus on growing sales of products with high volume potential
to realize the objective of becoming world's leading brand
in relevant product categories. Leveraging our sales network,
the most extensive in our industry, to more them retailers,corporate
sales programs, and specialty electronics retailers.
IOE China Manufacturing power transformer is both our first
investment in Mainland China and the IOE Group's only facility
producing integrated products in that country. Overall objectives
for IOE include making the firm self-sufficient in terms of
product development, production, and sales as well as making
it a model production facility within the IOE Group in Mainland
China.
IOE Group consists of Guang-Dong, now we aggressively to
achieve the goal of “New IOE” currently under
construction designed to enable comprehensive business operation
from development, production to distribution.
